which it shall be so extended, in such manner as the Mayor

 

and City Council of Baltimore shall by ordinance prescribe;

cil of Baltimore to acquire, by condemnation or otherwise,

 

within the City of Baltimore, and Baltimore, Howard and Anne

 

Arundel Counties, such lands or properties as may be ne-

visions of Section 840 of Article 4, entitled "City of Baltimore,"
