for the erection thereon of a new school building, in the Third

Precinct of the Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel Coun-

ty, in that part of said district known as South Baltimore; for

furnishing said building, and to authorize and require the

Board of School Commissioners of Anne Arundel County to

borrow money on the credit of Anne Arundel County for that

purpose, and to require the County Commissioners of said

county to endorse the bonds, to be issued for that purpose, and

to levy on the assessable property of the Fifth District of said

county an amount sufficient to pay one-third of the principal
