same with amendments and to add additional sections thereto

No. 220. An Act to authorize and direct the Board of County

School Commissioners of Montgomery County to erect in the

town of Rockville, in said county, a county high school build-

ing and to purchase land for that purpose, and to purchase the

old school building at Kensington, in said county, and equip

same as a manual training school, and to make necessary re-

pairs to the new school building in said town, and to direct the

County Commissioners of said county to pay for the same and

to borrow money for that purpose and to issue the bonds of

said county for the money so borrowed.......................

Queen Anne's County and the Town Commissioners of Centre-

ville to sell, grant and convey, in fee simple or lease, a part of

the public land in Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.

of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, en-

titled "An Act to enable the legal voters of Wicomico County,

or any election district or town or city of said county, to de-

termine, by election, whether or not fermented, spirituous or

intoxicating liquors shall be sold in the said county or in any

election district, town or city of said county," and to enact six

sections in lieu thereof, to be known as Sections 1A, 2, 3, 4,

4A and 48, to provide for a special election to determine said

question in Salisbury Election District No. 9 and Delmar Elec-

tion District No. 11 of said county, and to add an additional

section to be called Section 18, prohibiting the sale of liquor in

certain ether districts of said county..........................
