sembly of Maryland, as follows, to wit : by Chapter 595 of the

Acts of 1890, Chapter 60 of the Acts of 1894 and Chapter 234

of the Acts of 1896, in so far as said sections and said amend-

ments apply to Neck Election District, or Election District No.

8 of Dorchester County, and to add a sub-section to come in

after Section 213 of said Article, under said title and sub-title.

The said sub-section to be applicable to said Neck Election
District, or Election District No. 8, of said county.............

the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany

re-enacted by Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1890; and Chapter 5

of the Acts of 1892, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 204. An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of the

town of Kensington, Montgomery County, to borrow money on

the credit of said town for the purpose of constructing a system

of water works, and sewerage, and electric lights, if the amount

appropriated be sufficient, and to redeem all of the bonds of
said town issued under previous Acts, and to levy taxes on the

assessable property of the said town to repay the money bor-

rowed and interest thereon, and to submit the same to a vote

of the real property owners, residents of said town...........
