to repeal Sections 237 to 259, both inclusive, of Article 24 of

the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Worcester County/ sub-

title 'Snow Hill,' and to repeal all Acts or clauses of Acts here-

tofore passed by the General Assembly of Maryland with

reference to the charter of the town of Snow Hill, in Worcester

County, in conflict with the provisions of this Act, and to re-

enact and grant to the town of Snow Hill, in Worcester
