No. 125. An Act to authorize and empower the Mayor and Com-

mon Council of Hyattsville to establish, construct and main-

tain a sewerage system for the town of Hyattsville, Prince

Geortre's County, and to issue and sell its bonds to the amount

of not exceeding $30,000. To provide funds for that purpose

and to provide for the payment of the principal and interest

thereof, and to repeal only for the purpose of this Act, Sections

18 and 35 of Chapter 631 of the Acts of the General Assembly

of Maryland, 1902, and all Acts and parts of Acts relating to the

Mayor and Common Council of Hyattsville as far as the same

are in conflict with this Act...................................

Anne's Cemetery, in the city of Annapolis, a monument to the

memory of Thomas G. Pratt, late Governor of Maryland; and

also to place in the executive chamber in said city a portrait

No. 129. An Act placing at the disposal of the Board of Public

Works of this State, Hon. Thos. H. Robinson, chairman of the

Finance Committee of the Senate of Maryland, and the Hon.

Edward G. Goslin, chairman of the Ways and Means Commit-

tee of the House of Delegates of Maryland, the sum of two

hundred and fifty thousand dollars for the relief of cases of

destitution and need caused by the fire in Baltimore of Febru-

ary 7 and 8, 1904; and for the payment out of said money of

the militia of the State who were called out for service in

Baltimore immediately after said fire..........................
