Pittsburg Railway Company, near Cumberland; to enable it to

exercise the powers of condemnation prescribed for railroad
|
 
|
companies under the General Laws of Maryland; to declare
|
 
|
and confirm its right to cross and recross with its railroad the
|
 
|
Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, the Potomac Valley and Potomac
|
 
|
river, and ratifying the action of the Board of Public Works
|
 
|
of Maryland in approving the plans of said railroad company
|
 
|
for crossing said canal; to expressly authorize it to condemn
|
 
|
certain parcels of land of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Com-

pany lying on the northern and southern sides of said canal,

together with the eaeement of the right during construction, to

erect and use temporary platforms, bridges and other appli-

ances in, upon or over said canal; to provide for transporting
