more City, in Liber J. B., No. 1187, folio 100, etc. (4) Four

ground rents of sixty dollars, fifty dollars, fifty dollars and

fifty-nine dollars, respectively, issuing out of four lots on

the east side of Broadway, from Frank W. Trimble and

Edwin J. Rinehart to the said Maryland Baptist Union Asso-

ciation, by deed dated January 2, 1886, and recorded among

the land records of Baltimore City, in Liber J. B., No. 1080,

folio 194. (5) A lot of ground in fee simple on the east

side of Lovegrove alley, in Baltimore County, from Jassett

D. Johnson and wife to said Maryland Baptist Union As-

sociation, by deed dated March 31, 1886, and recorded among

the land records of Baltimore County, in Liber J. W. S., No.

151, folio 115, etc.
