SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That the bailiff shall, within ten

notice of such sale published in some Montgomery County

 

newspaper or by printed or written hand bills posted in not

 

less than three public places, and upon such sale of real estate

 

the president of the Commissioners shall execute and deliver

 

to the purchaser or purchasers a deed of the property so sold,

 

which deed shall be presumptive evidence that all the require-

 

ments of law have been complied with in making such sale and

 

deed.
