SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That any ballot judge who shall

election ; also that he has the right to decline to state any party

 

affiliation, but that no one who is recorded upon the registration

fied to vote at subsequent primary elections of said political

 

party. Whenever the voter declines to state his party affilia-

 

tion the word "Declined" shall be written opposite the name:
