publication of the list of delinquents, to enforce the collection
|

of said taxes in the following manner : If the delinquent shall

the premises of the delinquent, at the Court House door or

at such public place in the election district where the de-

linquent taxpayer resides as the collector may select : but if
|
 
|
the delinquent shall not own personal property in said county
|

sufficient to pay said taxes, interests and costs, the collectors
|
 
|
shall levy upon the real estate of said delinquent or the real
|
 
|
estate upon which said taxes have been assessed or so much
|
 
|
thereof as may be necessary to satisfy and pay said taxes, in-
|
 
|
terest and costs, and after having given twenty days' notice

be sold for payment of taxes in arrears it shall be the duty of
