CHAPTER 665.

 

AN ACT to provide for the further extension of the charter

 

and corporate existence of the Woodsboro and Frederick

 

Turnpike Road Company, and to repeal Sections 7, 10, 13

 

and 18 of Chapter 304 of the Acts of the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, Session of 1853, entitled "An Act to incor-

 

porate a company to build a turnpike road from Woods-

 

boro to Monocacy bridge, on the road leading to Frederick

 

City," and to re-enact said Sections 7, 10, 13 and 18 of

 

said Chapter 304 of the Acts of the Session of 1853, with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
