section shall be deemed guilty of perjury, and on conviction

thereof shall be liable for the penalties prescribed by law for

holding office of any kind in the State of Maryland.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments. Section

13 of Article 26 of the Code of Public General Laws of the

State of Maryland, entitled "Courts," sub-title "Inspection

of Records," in so far as the same relates to Montgomery
|
 
|
County.
|

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That Section 13 of Article 26 of the Code of Public
|
 
|
General Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled "Courts,"
|
 
|
sub-title "Inspection of Records." be and the same is hereby
|
 
|
repealed in so far as the same relates to Montgomery County,
|
 
|
and re-enacted to apply to Montgomery County so as to read
|
 
|
as follows :
|
 
|
13. It shall be the duty of the Judges of the Circuit Court
|
 
|
for Montgomery County at every term to inspect the records,
|
