100F. That the justice of the peace, for the special services

100H. That in case any owner or keeper of any dog, bitch

100I. That this Act shall take effect from the date of its

passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 771 and 773 of Article 4 of the

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore City," sub-

title "Miscellaneous Laws," sub-division "Police Commis-
|
|
 
|
sioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
|
 
|
land, That Sections 771 and 773 of Article 4, Public Local
|
|
 
|
Laws of Maryland, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Mis-
|
|
Police Com-

cellaneous Laws,' sub-division "Police Commissioners," as
|
|
missioners.

amended and re-enacted by Chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898,
|
|
 
|
be repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
|
|
 
|
follows :
