SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

warrant upon the Treasurer, payable to Maria Lee Smith, for

the amount of thirty-five dollars and thirty-eight cents, said

amount having been paid by her to the County Treasurer of
|
|
 
|
Frederick County as tax on income of seven thousand dollars
|
|
 
|
mortgage, erroneously assessed against her for the years 1898,
|
|
 
|
1899, 1900, 1901 and 1902.
