WHEREAS, Said recognizance bond afterward, to wit, on the

day of October, 1903, tried before the Circuit Court for said

Somerset County, found guilty and sentenced to be confined in
|
|
|
the Maryland penitentiary for one year; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
