CHAPTER 593.

 

AN ACT to provide for the better protection of sheep, poultry

 

and game in the Fourth Election District of Queen Anne's

 

County, and known as Kent Island District, and, if possible,

 

to make provision for the reduction of the number of dogs

 

and bitches to a minimum in said Fourth Election District

 

of Queen Anne's County.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

ance of the provisions of this Act.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said County Commis-

 

sioners of Queen Anne's County shall levy forthwith and cause

 

to be collected annually, before the first day of July in each
