                         Minutes of 1960
        Proceedings of Electors of President and Vice
President of the United States of America in and for
the State of Maryland.
        At noon, on Monday, December 19, 1860 the
Electors of the State of Maryland for President
and Vice President of the United States,
assembled in the State House at Annapolis.
        There were present W. Earle Cobey,
Carl Murphy, George R. Long, Robert Knatz, Jr.,
George W. Della, R. Emmet Bradley, Mrs. Bess B.
Levine, Charles B. Huyett and James H. Pollack.
Charles B. Huyett was elected Chairman and
Mrs. Bess B. Lavine was elected Secretary.
        The following proclamation in
sextriplicate was received from Governor
J. Millard Tawes of Maryland.
                    Executive Department
                     Annapolis, Maryland
        Governor's Proclamation Declaring the Election
of Electors of President and Vice President
of the United States.
                                1960
        Whereas, from a certified copy of the
Declaration of the Result of an Election held
in the State of Maryland on Tuesday, November
8, 1960, for nine electors of President and
Vice President of the United States made
and transmitted to me by the Board of State
Canvassers, in accordance with law and
filed in my office, it appears that:
