324 Maryland, do hereby certify to Honorable Henry L. Stiveson, Secretary of State of the United States (in accordance with the provisions of an Act of the Congress of the United States, approved May 29th 1928 and known as public No. 569-70th Congress) that the final ascertainment of the result of the Election for Presidential Electors of the State of Maryland held in this State on the 8th day of November, 1932, a copy of which, ascertainment is on file in the office of the Governor of the State of Maryland, shows that: Frank A. Furst, Democrat, Emerson C. Harrington, Democrat, James F. Evans, Democrat, Stuart S. Janney, Democrat, John C. Mencke, Democrat, Charles T. Williams, Democrat, John W. Leitch, Democrat, Oliver H. Bruce, Jr. Democrat, were duly elected as the Presidential Electors for the State of Maryland. And it further appears from said ascertainment that the candidates of the various parties for the office of Presidential Elector, and the total number of votes received by each of said candidates were as follows:
