L. Fricke James P. Curley Harry E. Baker Old Senate Chamber, Electoral College Annapolis Maryland January 12, 1925. A similar certificate was delivered to Oscar B. Chenoweth, previously appointed Messenger, and he was duly authorized with all convenient despatch, to convey and deliver the same to the President of the Senate of the United States at Washington. A similar certificate was delivered to Harry N. Abercrombie, President of the College, to be by him delivered to the United States Judge for the District of Maryland, in Baltimore City and another sealed and given to James M. Munroe, the Secretary of the College, to be deposited in the Post Office at Annapolis, directed to the presiding officer of the United States Senate. (2) The election of a Secretary, a non-member of the body of the Electoral College. James M. Munroe. (3) Notification to the Governor that Electoral College is in session and appointment of two members of the College to wait on the Governor for any message he may have to make to them.
