306 Attest: William G. Albrecht Edw. L. Wolf William G. Henkel Secretary William T. Delaplaine State of Maryland Electoral College. Senate Chamber, Annapolis, Md., Jan., 10th 1921. To All Whom It May Concern: Know Ye, that we the Electors of the President and Vice President of the United States of America, duly elected in and for the State of Maryland, having met at the City of Annapolis, on the day prescribed by the Constitution and Laws of the United States, to perform the trust reposed in us, and having made out in due for, certificates and lists of the votes given, and the persons voted for and having confidence in the bearer, Chas. J. Taylor, Sr., have appointed and by these presents do appoint and authorize him to take charge of one of said certificates and lists, and with all convenient dispatch to convey and deliver the same to the President of the Senate of the United States at Washington.
