the United States, have been, and are duly elected such
officers;
        Now, Therefore, I, By This My Proclamation, hereby
proclaim the said above

                            John Royston Stifler,
                            Levin Ernest Williams,
                            Albert C. Tolson,
                            Forest Bramble,
                            William W. Burnett,
                            George Wells, and
                            George Stern,
the duly elected Electors of President and Vice President of
