Graham, Secretary of the State, appeared and presented the following message: The State of Maryland. Executive Department. I, Phillips Lee Goldsborough, Governor of the State of Maryland and having control of the Great Seal thereof, do hereby certify that the following is a full, true and correct copy of my Proclamation declaring the election of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, from the State of Maryland, together with a statement of the whole number of votes cast for the several candidates of the several parties, as ascertained and certified to be as required by law, by the Board of State Canvassers of Maryland. In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and have caused to be hereto affixed the Great Seal of the State of Maryland at Annapolis, Maryland, this 2nd day of December, in the year one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
