        Know ye that we the Electors of President and Vice
President of the United States of America, duly elected
in and for the State of Maryland, having met at the
City of Annapolis on the day prescribed by the Constitution
and Laws of the United States, to perform the trust reposed
in us, and having made out in due form
certificates and lists of the votes given, and the persons
voted for, and having confidence in the bearer,
John C. Bowerman have appointed, and by these presents
do appoint and authorize him to take charge
of one of said certificates and lists, and with all convenient
dispatch to convey and deliver the same to
the President of the Senate of the United States at
Washington.  In witness whereof we hereunto set
our hands and seals this 11th day of January 1909.

                                        John F. Williams
                                        Hampson H. Biedler
                                        John Charles Linthicum
                                        John A. Robinson
                                        Albert G. Towers.
        On motion of Mr.
        The Secretary was directed to record the proceedings;
the same to be signed by the President of
the College and attested by the Secretary.
        On motion of Mr.
        A vote of thanks was tendered the President for
the able, courteous and dignified manner in which
he had presided, which was acknowledged by the
President.
        On motion of Mr. Williams
        The College adjourned sine die.
