1804. this Fifth day of December, in the year of the Lord Eighteen Hundred and four, here to set our Hands. J. Parnham, Jo. Wilkinson, Jno. Johnson, Edwd. Johnson, J. Tyler, F. Tilghman, Tobias E. Stansbury, John Gilpin Wm. Gleaves, Perry Spencer, E. K. Wilson. In Council, Annapolis, December 3rd. 1804. The Board being in possession of the Returns from the several Counties of this State, and the City of Baltimore, of the election lately held for the choice of Electors, on the part of this State, to choose a President and Vice President of the United States, proceeded agreeably to the directions of the Act of Assembly, in such case made and furnished, to enumerate and ascertain the votes given for each person voted fro as aforesaid, when it appeared that John Parnham, Joseph Wilkinson, John Johnson, Edward Johnson, John Tyler, Frisby Tilghman, Tobias E. Stansbury, John Gilpin, William Gleaves, Perry Spencer, and Ephraim King Wilson Esquires had the greatest number of votes; Therefore It is hereby certified and declared that the said John Parnham, Joseph Wilkinson, John Johnson, Edward Johnson, John Tyler, Frisby Tilghman, Tobias E. Stansbury, John Gilpin, William Gleaves, Perry Spencer and Ephraim King Wilson Esquires are duly elected Electors, on the part of this State, to choose a President and Vice President of the United States.
