so by us respectively voted for as President of the
United States and as Vice President of the United
States.  And we do annex hereto a list of the
votes, so given by us for President of the United
States, and a list of the votes so given by us
for Vice President of the United States, and also
one of the lists of Electors of President and Vice
President of the United States (appointed at
aforesaid by the State of Maryland furnished
to us by direction of Hon. William T. Hamilton
Governor as aforesaid of the said State of Maryland.

In Witness whereof we hereunto set our
hands in the City of Annapolis on this said
first day of December, in the year Eighteen
hundred and Eighty, the same being the
first Wednesday of December in said last
mentioned year.









List of all the persons voted for by ballot by the
Electors of the State of Maryland for President
of the United States and the number of votes
received by each person, so voted for at the
meeting of said Electors, held at the State House
in the City of Annapolis, in said State of Maryland
at the hour of Noon on Wednesday the first day
of December in the year Eighteen hundred
and Eighty, the same being the first Wednesday
in said last mentioned month.
    For President of the United States
Winfield Scott Hancock of Pennsylvania 8 votes

No other person was voted for as President of
the United States.
