129 the event of there being no President of the Senate as aforesaid, for him to deposite the same safely in the office of the Secretary of State at Washington. On motion of Mr. Goldsborough, the Secretary was directed to record the proceedings. On motion a vote of thanks was tendered the President for the dignified and courteous manner in which he had discharged the duties of his office, and to the officers of the College. On motion of Mr. Nesbit, the College adjourned Sine Die. Attest H. P. Jordan Secty to College. |
