For the resurvey of one hundred
    and forty acres of land or under,
    made with a circumserentor or
    theodolite, chain, and other necessary
    instrument, whether made
    up of one or more tracts, correcting
    and amending the original
    survey or surveys, and adding
    contiguous vacancy thereto, for
    the resurvey whereof a warrant
    is or shall be issued out of
    the land-office
For the resurvey of any quantity
    of land above one hundred and
    forty acres, as aforesaid, whether
    made up of one or more
    tracts, under warrants as aforesaid,
