Clarke against William Hunter - trespass on the Case; Thomas Wheeler against
Nicholas Sporne-Debt 900; Mr. Potter against Mr. John Smith-bill filed-
trespass on the Case; Edward Ball against William Stone-bill filed; James
Brooke against Murphey Ward — trespass on the Case; Mr. John Smith against
Hugh Fergison - trespass on the Case.

These Eight Causes are Agreed: Matthew Mackeboy against Thomas Wauters
- trespass on the Case; Robert Midleton against William Clacson - trespass on
the Case; Willsons Executors against Joshua Hall - trespass on the Case; The
