William Stimpson recover against the Said Robert Mason his Damages by Occa-
tion of the Premises to two Hundred Sixty five pounds of Tobacco to the Said
William Stimpson by the Discression of the Justices here at his request for his
Cost and Charges in this behalfe Susteined according to the Forme of the
Statute etc. by the Court here adjudged.
Robert Mason Plantiff: Nathaniell Jenkinson Defendant
Robert Mason who brought the writt of our Sovereigne Lord the King against
Nathaniell Jenkinson of a Plea of Tresspass upon the Case etc. And hath not
Prosecuted his Said writt therefore hee and his Pledges of Prosecuting be in
Mercy etc. Lett the names of the Pledges be Sought etc. and the Said Nathaniell
Jenkinson goe thereof without day etc. it is Likewise Considered that the Said
Nathaniell Jenkinson recover against the Said Robert Mason his Damages by

Johnathan Mottersted Plantiff: William Dent Defendant
Jonathan Mottarsted who brought the writt of our Sovereigne Lord the King
against William Dent of a Plea of Tresspass upon the Case etc. and hath not

Edward Bottler Plantiff: Ninian Beall Defendant
Ninian Beall Late of Prince Georges County Gentleman otherwise Called
Ninian Beall of Prince Georges County was Sumoned to Edward Botteler of
a Plea that he render unto him the Full and Just sume of Nine hundred and
Eighteen pounds of good Tobacco and Caske to Conteine the Same which to
him he oweth and from him unjustly deteineth etc.
And whereupon the Said Edward by Joshua Cecell his Attorney Saith that
whereas the Said Ninian the 24th day of September in the year of our Lord
1697 at Charles Towne within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his Certaine Bill
obligatory which the Said Edward with the Seal of the Said Ninian Signed bringeth
here into Court the date whereof is the day and year aforesaid did acknowl-
edge himselfe to owe and Stand Justly indebted unto the Said Edward Botteler
of Callvert County in the Full and Just Sume of nine hundred and Eighteen
pounds of Good Tobacco and Caske to Conteine the Same to be payd unto the
Said Edward Boteler his heires Executors: or administrators in Some Convenient
place in Either of the Countyes aforesaid at or upon the tenth day of October
next Ensueing the Date of the Said bill obligatory to the which [390] pay-
ment well and truely to be made and done the Said Ninian did binde himselfe
his heires Executors and Administrators firmely by these presents, notwithstand-
ing which the Said Ninian the Said Sume of Nine hundred and Eighteen lbs.
