Tobacco to the Said Thomas Tench of his assent by the Court here adjudged to
be leavied of the Goods and Chattells which ware of the afforesaid Robert Ed-
mundsons att the time of his Death when to the hands of the Said Archibald
Edmundson in time to come Shall happen to come to be administred and the
Said Archibald Edmundson in Mercy.

The Plantiff by William Stone Sues the Defendant in a Plea of Debt for
Eleven thousand Eighty Seven pounds of Tobacco as by Declaration filed
appeareth But the Defendants alleadged that a Great Part of the Said Debt is
Paid and Sattisfyed whereupon Auditors was assigned in November Court Last in
the year 1697 to State and adjust accounts between the Said Parties as in Folio
265 of this booke appeareth.

day (to witt) the 23d day of November Annoque Domini 1698 came as well the
Said Thomas Greenfeild administrator of the Goods Chatties and Credditts of
Richard Charlett Deceased by his attorney aforesaid as the Said Christopher
Thompson and Grace Thompson administratix of the Goods Chattells and Cred-
ditts of Laurance Rowland Deceased in their Propper Persons and the auditors
likewise came and made repoart as Followeth.
