that the Said Edward Brock take nothing by his Said writt of Attachment but
be in mercy for his false Clamor And that the Said John Mills goe thereof with-
out day etc.

It is Commanded the Sheriffe of Prince Georges County that he Attach the
Sume of four hundred Seaventy five lbs. of tobaccoe in the hands of any person
or persons in this County and that he make knowne to the Said person or
persons that he or they be here the next Court to be held at Charles Towne the
4th Tuesday in August next to Shew Cause If etc. why the Said goods: Attached
Should not be Condemned and the Said Robert Brasheere have thereof Execu-
tion etc. Att which Said day the Sheriffe made Returne of the Said writt
(Endorsed on the back) Attached in the hands of John Mills the Debt and Cost
etc. per Thomas Greenfeild Sheriffe.
And upon this the Said Robert Brasheere prayeth Condemnation and Execu-
tion against the Said John Mills of the Said 475 lbs. of tobaccoe Soe as aforesaid
Attached to him by the Court here to be Adjudged etc.
And the Said John Mills being Solemly Called Came here etc.
The truth of the matter between the parties aforesaid by the Court here being
Seen heard understood and maturely Delebirated it is Considered that the Said
Robert Brasheere take nothing by his Said writt of Attachment but be in mercy
for his false Clamor and that the Said John Mills goe thereof [without] day etc.
[199] John Underwood plantiffe: John Worster Defendant.
It is Comanded the Sheriffe of Prince Georges County that he Attach the
Sume of three pounds Sterling and four hundred fifty five pounds of tobaccoe
in the hands of any person or persons in this County And that he make knowne
to the Said person or persons in whose hands or possession he Attached the Said
tobaccoe or Money that they be here the next Court to be held att Charles
Towne the fourth Tuesday in August next to Shew Cause if he or they have
any why the Said Money or tobaccoe Should not be Condemned and the Said
John Underwood have thereof Execution etc.
And now here at this day (to witt) the fourth Tuesday in August Came the
Said John Underwood by William Stone his Attorney. And the Sheriffe now
Returneth that he by vertue of the Said writt hath Attached in the hands of
William Conley the Said Sume of three pounds Sterling and four hundred fifty
five pounds of tobaccoe per Thomas Greenfeild Sheriffe. And the Said William
Conley being Solemly Called Came and Saith that the Said John Underwood
Execution against him of the Said three pounds Sterling or four hundred fifty
five pounds of tobaccoe Soe as aforesaid Attached ought not to have because he
Saith that he doth not Owe the Same to the Said John Worster and this he is
Ready to Verrifie etc. The truth of the matter between the parties aforesaid
by the Court here being heard understood and Maturely Deleberated it is there-
upon Considered that three hundred Eighty four pounds of tobaccoe be Con-
demned in the hands of the Said William Conley and that the Said John
Underwood have Execution against the Said William Conley for the Same etc.
Ninian Beall plantiffe: Samuell Scott Defendant.
Prince Georges County Ss. Samuell Scott late of Prince Georges County
planter was Attached to Answer unto Ninian Beall of a plea of trespass upon
the Case etc.
