Resolved by this house that the Severall Ministers inducted to any parish or
parishes within the Severall Counties of this province attend at the Court house
of each Respective County and there Read prayers Each morning dureing the
Continuance of the County Court before the Court be Called or the Comisoners
proceed to do any buisness and that if there be more ministers then one in a
County that they take their turnes and Read prayers one one Court and the other
another.

[194] Resolved that the Severall Countyes have Credditt for the Supernumerary
taxables of the Late Sheriffes Since the yeare 1694.

Resolved that the Courts of Law where the Suites are hanging Appoint
Auditors and have power to fine them upon Contempt and that when the bill
of Cost is taxed Such Auditors wages bee therein Ascertained and Allowed them
at the Discretion of the Justices of that Court.

By his Excellency the Governor and Councill etc. June the 9th 1697.
Upon Report made by his Majestys Lawyers in Relation to an order of Refer-
ence from this board touching persons now under Judgment for penall Naviga-
tion Bonds the Said Report is Approved off and Ordered thereon that Execution
Issue Accordingly to be filed in his Honor the Secretaries Office whereby those
Judgments by vertue thereof may Effect the Estates reall and personall of the
partyes Conserned to prevent his Majesty being Defrauded by their Clandestinly
Conveying and makeing away the Same His Excellency being willing to Suspend
the Rigour of putting those Executions in force until his Majestys pleasure Shall
be further Knowne therein And to the End all persons may be cautioned from
purchaseing Lands or otherwise from those parties that Lye under the Lash of
those Executions it is hereby further Ordered that a List of the persons Names
against whome Such Executions are filed be Sent together with this Order to the
Severall Countyes of the Province to be made publick and Entred in the County
Record etc.
