the Said Ninian Beall nor but that he oweth the Said three thowsand four
hundred Eighty three pounds of tobaccoe According to the tennor of the Said
bill to the Said Richard Marsham in forme as the Said Richard Marsham
against him doth Complaine etc. Therefore it is Considered that the Said
Richard Marsham Recover against the Said Ninian Beall the Sume of three
thowsand four hundred Eighty three pounds of tobaccoe his debt aforesaid and
his Damages by occation of deteyning the Said Debt four hundred Sixty Seaven
pounds of tobaccoe to the Said Richard Marsham of his Assent by the Court
here Adjudged etc. And the Said Ninian Beall in mercy etc.

John Evans plantiffe: Ninian Beall Defendant.

The plantiffe by William Bladen his Attorney Sues the Defendant for one
thowsand and four pounds of tobaccoe due by bill as by Decleration and bill
filed bearing date the fourteenth day of June 1695 Appeareth etc. And the Said
Ninian Beall in his proper person Cometh into Court and defendeth the force
and Injury when etc. And Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Action of the Said
John Evans nor but the Said bill is the deed of him the Said Ninian Beall nor
but that he oweth the Said one [113] thowsand and four pounds of tobaccoe
According to the tennor of the Said bill to the Said John Evans in forme as the
Said John Evans doth Complaine against him etc.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said John Evans Recover against the Said
Ninian Beall the Sume of one thowsand and four pounds of tobaccoe his debt
due by bill as aforesaid and his Damages by Occation of Deteyneing of the Said
Debt to two hundred Sixty Seaven pounds of tobaccoe to the Said John Evans
of his Assent by the Court here Adjudged etc. And the Said Ninian Beall in
mercy etc.

John Bayne plantiffe: William Prichard Defendant.

The plantiffe by Cleborn Lomax his Attorney Sues the Defendant in a plea
of Debt that he render unto him the full and Just Sume of thirteen hundred
Eighty and five pounds of good Sound Marchantable Leafe tobaccoe and Caske
due by bill as by Decleration and bill filed bearing date the third day of July
1693 Appeareth etc. And the Said William Prichard in his proper person
Cometh here into Court and defendeth the force and Injury when etc. And
Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Action of the Said John Bayne nor but the
Said bill is the deed of him the Said William Prichard nor but that he oweth
the Said thirteen hundred Eighty and five pounds of tobaccoe According to the
tennor of the Said bill to the Said John Bayne in forme as the Said John Bayne
against him doth Complaine etc.

Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the Said John Bayne Re-
cover against the Said William Prichard as well the Sume of thirteen hundred
Eighty and five pounds of tobaccoe his debt due by bill as aforesaid as alsoe the
Sume of two hundred Seaventy five pounds of tobaccoe his damages by occation
of Deteyneing the Said Debt to the Said John Bayne of his Assent by the Court
here Adjudged etc. And the Said William Prichard in mercy etc.

Samuell Stafford plantiffe: Thomas Tracey Defendant.

The plantiffe by John Meriton his Attorney Sues the Defendant in a plea of
trespass upon the Case etc. for the Sume of nine hundred Sixty four pounds of
tobaccoe being for Severall goods wares and Marchandizes by the Said Samuell
