106 PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY

Charles Hay made oath in Court that he Attended as an Evidence for Thomas
Sprigg Sr. at the Suite of William Westry five Dayes Ordered that the Said Sprigg
pay the Said Hay 30 lbs. tobaccoe for Each Day.

Hugh Ryley made oath in Court that he Attended as an Evidence for George
Burges against Matthew Mackeby four dayes Ordered that the Said Burges pay
the Said Ryley thirty lbs. of tobaccoe for Each Day.

Our Sovereigne Lord the King against John Stevens on a presentment.

And not here at this Day Come as well the Said William Bladen his Majestys
Attorney as alsoe the Said John Stevens in his owne person and hereupon day is
given untill next Court in State as now Saveing to Each partyes etc. Att which
Day etc.

Thomas Duley made oath that he had Attended as an Evidence in August
Court 1696 and this Court Eight dayes being Sumoned for Thomas Bridges
against John Chapman which Comes to 240 lbs. of tobaccoe.

Samuell Sigley made oath that he had Attended as an Evidence four days being
Sumoned for John Deakins against Michaell Ashforth which Comes to 120 lbs.
of tobaccoe.

Daniell Smith made oath that he had Attended as an Evidence Six dayes being
Sumoned for William Powell against or at the Suite of Anthony Smart which
Comes to 180 lbs. of tobaccoe.

Agreements Att Prince Georges County Court November the 24th Annoque
Domini 1696.

trespass on the Case; the Same against Thomas Tracey-Debt 450; Zackeriah
Alien against John Harris - trespass on the Case; Nathaniell Smith against Rich-
ard Addis - trespass on the Case; Richard Jenkins against Giles Hill - trespass on
the Case; John Marsh and Company against Thomas Bridges - Debt 4484; Jochem
Keirsteed against John Cooper - trespass on the Case; Samuell Westley against
John Paine - trespass on the Case; John Browne against Daniell Smith - Debt
3200; Robert Biggs against John Smith - trespass on the Case; Jochem Keirsteed
against William Philmore - Debt 660; Courtny Crotoffe against Richard Edwards

Wickam Administrator Barnett - trespass on the Case.
