the plaintiff James Male, administrator de bonis non of Anthony
Hook, deceased; and that the defendant Edward Hagthrop forth-
with pay or bring into this court to be paid unto the plaintiff
James Neale> administrator de bonis non of Anthony Hook, de-
ceased, the sum of $56, 899 43, with interest on $33, 879 76, part
thereof, from the 17th day of February, 1831, until paid or brought
into court; subject, however, to a deduction for such an amount
for rents and profits which have accrued and been received by the
said receiver under the order of the 22d day of November, 1828,
and before the 17th day of February, 1831.
And it is further Decreed, that the defendant William McMechen
forthwith deliver up all that portion of the said ten acre lot which
is, or may be in his possession, as in the proceedings mentioned,
unto the plaintiff James Neale, administrator de bonis non of An-
thony Hook, deceased; and that the defendant William McMechen
forthwith pay or bring into this court to be paid unto the plaintiff
James Neale, administrator de bonis non of Anthony Hook, de-
ceased, the sum of $15, 532 41, with interest on $10, 501 92, part
thereof, from the 17th of February, 1831, until paid or brought
into court.
And it is further Decreed, that the defendants Samuel Moore
and George A. Hughes forthwith deliver up all that portion of the
ten acre lot which is, or may be in the possession of them, or
either of them, as in the proceedings mentioned, unto the plaintiff
James Neale, administrator de bonis non of Anthony Hook, de-
ceased; and that the defendants Samuel Moore and George A.
Hughes forthwith pay or bring into this court to be paid unto the
plaintiff James Male, administrator de bonis non of Anthony Hook,
deceased, the sum of $4, 160 47, with interest on $3, 070 67, part
thereof, from the 17th of February, 1831, until paid or brought
into court.
And it is further Decreed, that the defendant John Cator forth-
with deliver up all that portion of the said ten acre lot which is or
may be in his possession, as in the proceedings mentioned, unto
the plaintiff James Male, administrator de bonis non of Anthony
Hook, deceased; and that the defendant John Cator forthwith pay
or bring into this court to be paid unto the plaintiff James Male,
administrator de bonis non of Anthony Hook, deceased, the sum of
16, with interest on $2, 354 33, part thereof, from the
17th of February, 1831, until paid or brought into court
And it is further Decreed, that the defendant John S. King forth-
