CHAPTER 5. AN ACT to repeal Chapter seventeen of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled "An act to repeal sections three hundred and twenty- three and three hundred and twenty-four of the Public Local Laws of Frederick county, " and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the act passed January session, eigh- teen hundred and seventy-four, Chapter seventeen, entitled "An act to repeal sections three hundred and twenty-three and three hundred and twenty- four, article eleven, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, " and to re-enact the same with amendments, be and the same is hereby repealed.	Chapter 17, '74 repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved February 4, 1876.	In force.
