and seal, and the owner, on presenting said certificate
to the person having made the distress, shall be en-
titled to the property taken.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 40.

 

AN ACT to regulate the speed of vehicles and
equestrians on the approaches to Druid Hill Park
from North Avenue.

Additional
section.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following section shall be added
to article four of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore City.

Regulating
rale of speed.

And be it enacted, That the Public Park Commis-
sioners of the City of Baltimore, be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to regulate the
speed of vehicles and equestrians on the approaches
to Druid Hill Park from North Avenue, as they are
now within the limits of said Park, and to impose
the same penalties for the violation of any regulation
they may establish in this connection.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its approval by the Governor.
