CHAPTER 355.

 

AN ACT to repeal section fifty-six of the Public

 

Local Laws, title "Kent county," sub-title "Ches-

 

tertown," passed on the first day of March, eigh-

 

teen hundred and sixty-six, and to re-enact the

 

same with an amendment.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section fifty-six, title Kent county,

Repealed and
re-enacted.

day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, be

 

and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted to

56. The monej which shall be annually levied by
