CHAPTER 354.

AN ACT to repeal chapter five hundred and nine,

of the laws of Maryland, of eighteen hundred and

seventy-four, entitled " an act to provide for main-

taining and keeping in repair the public roads in

Anne Arundel county, and to repeal the act

passed January session, eighteen hundred and

seventy, chapter one hundred and ninety-two,"

and to re-enact said chapter one hundred and

ninety-two, laws of eighteen hundred and seventy.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the act of the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the acts of the General Assembly

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the County Commis-

sioners of Anne Arundel county shall, during the

month of May, eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
