SEC. 3. A.nd be it enacted, That all acts of Assembly,

Repealed.

and parts of acts of Assembly, in conflict with this

act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

In force.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from and after the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 350.

AN ACT to authorize the Farmers National Bank

of Annapolis to pay over to the heirs of Samuel

Gover, certain funds in said bank due the said

Samuel Gover's real estate.

WHEREAS, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-

seven, certain monies were deposited in the Farmers

Preamble.

National Bank of Annapolis, due the real estate of

the late Samuel Gover, to pay certain claims against

said estate; and,

WHEREAS, after the payment of said claims, there

remained in said bank the sum of twenty-three

dollars and fifty-five cents; and,

WHEREAS, said balance is due the heirs of the said

Preamble.

Samuel Gover, and there is no provision of law

whereby said sum of money can be paid to said

heirs; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Authorized
and directed

Maryland, That the Farmers National Bank of

Annapolis, be and it is hereby authorized and direct-

ed to pay to the heirs of the said Samuel Gover,

set, George S. Gover, Sarah J. Webb and James G.

Gover, the said sum of twenty-three dollars and

fifty-five cents.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.
