CHAPTER 325.

AN ACT to extend the provisions of an act passed

at the session of eighteen hundred and seventy-four,

chapter two hundred and seventy, entitled "an

act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of
|
 
|
Baltimore, to accept conveyance of, and to hold
|
 
|
certain property lying on or near Charles Street
|
 
|
Avenue, in Baltimore county, for a public park."
|
 
|
WHEREAS, by an act of Assembly, passed at the
|

|
session of the General Assembly of Maryland, held
|
 
|
in the City of Annapolis, in the year eighteen hun-
|
 
|
dred and seventy-four, chapter two hundred and sev-
|
 
|
enty, acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
|
 
|
entitled "an act to authorize the Mayor and City
|
 
|
Council of Baltimore, to accept conveyance of, and
|
 
|
to hold certain property lying on or near Charles
|
 
|
Street Avenue, in Baltimore county, for a public
|
 
|
park," certain powers were granted unto the Mayor
|
 
|
and City Council of Baltimore; and
|
 
|
WHEREAS, by the provisions of said act, the powers
|
 
|
therein conferred upon the Mayor and City Council
|
Preamble
|
of Baltimore, will expire on the eleventh day of April,
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-six.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
