SEC. 87 J. Be it enacted, That all orders or war-
|
|

SEC. 87 K Be it enacted, That on the first Tuesday

|
|
of each month the collector shall report to the
|
|

county commissioners the amount of money, princi-

pal and interest, collected for each of the several
|
|
|
purposes named in section eighty-seven C of this act,
|
|
|
and the amount he has paid out of each of these sev-
|
|
|
eral funds during the month just passed, together

with the balance on hand belonging to each of said
|
|
|
funds; and if the collector shall refuse or fail to com-
|
|

and all money disbursed shall be entered under such
|
|

heading as will indicate the purpose to which it was

applied, and at the close of each year the ledger shall

be balanced by the transfer of the aggregate amount
