SEC. 87 B. And be it enacted, That it shall be the

duty of the clerk to the county commissioners to

furnish to the collector a complete copy of the levy-

eighty-seven C, of this act, as also the names of all

persons for whose' use any sums are levied, together

with the amount thus levied for each, and if the said

clerk shall refuse or fail to comply with the provi-

sions of this section, he shall be deemed guilty of a
