AN ACT to repeal section three of article eleven,

 

of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled

January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-

 

two, chapter ninety-one, and to re-enact the same

 

with an amendment.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That section three of article eleven, of
