AN ACT to repeal section three of article eleven,
|
 
|

of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
|
 
|
|
"Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact," as
|
 
|
|
amended by the act of Assembly passed at the
|
 
|
|
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
 
|
|
two, chapter ninety-one, and to re-enact the same
|
 
|
|
with an amendment.
|
 
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland, That section three of article eleven, of
|

neys at Law and Attorneys in Fact," as amended
|
 
|
|
by the act of Assembly passed at the January session,

enacted with an amendment.

3. Upon every such application for any white

male citizen of Maryland, above the age of twenty-
