	to be filed as aforesaid, all the right, title, interest
	and estate of the owners thereof, in and to the lands
	included in the return to be made by the jury afore-
	said and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county,
Vested in.	be and the same are hereby vested in the said com-
	pany, in them, their successors in perpetuity, in full
	and absolute estate; and the clerk, justice, sheriff
	and jurors shall receive the same compensation for
	their respective services as they are authorized to
	receive in similar .cases of the condemnation and re-
	turn of valuations of lands.
	SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the Commissioners
Authorized to permit.	of the Town of Easton, be and they are hereby au-
	thorized to permit the president and directors of said
	company to lay down such tracks as they may desire
	for the purposes of this act, through any of the streets
	of said town; and the commissioners of the county
	are also authorized to permit, if desired by the said
	company, the use of any of the county roads; pro-
	vided, that the said company shall pay annually to
	the commissioners of said town ten dollars; and to
	the commissioners of the county the sum of twenty
	dollars, for the purpose of keeping said public roads,
	on which said railroad may be located, in due and
	proper repair.
	SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That nothing in this
	act shall be construed as to allow said company

	of debt to be used as a currency.
	SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That this act shall be
In force.	and continue in force until the first day of January
	nineteen hundred, and until the end of the next ses-
	sion of the General Assembly of Maryland which
	shall happen thereafter; provided that nothing

	Legislature from altering, amending or repealing
	this act at pleasure.
