ments " be, and the same is hereby repealed and
|
re-enacted.
|

re-enacted, so as ,to read as follows :
|
 
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any of the Courts
|
 
|
|
of this State, in which an attachment suit is pend-
|
 
|
|
ing, either on original or appellate jurisdiction, or
|
 
|
|
any judge thereof in vacation, may order a sale of
|

any perishable property which may be levied on by
|
 
|
|
virtue of such attachment, whenever the court or
|
 
|
|
judge, may deem such sale expedient, on such terms
|
 
|
|
and notice as the order may prescribe, and such sale
|
 
|
|
may be ordered before or after the return of the
|
 
|
|
attachment, and the proceeds of such sale, after pay-
|
 
|
|
ment of the expenses, incident thereto, shall be paid
|
 
|
|
into court and deposited with the clerk, subject to
|
 
|
|
the order of the court on the final decision of the
|
 
|
|
case.

AN ACT giving the sanction of the General As-
|
|
sembly of Maryland to the sale and conveyance of
|
|
land from Joseph Coudon and Caroline Coudon
|
|
his wife, to the Vestry of St. Mary Anne's or North
|
|
Elk Parish in Cecil county.
|
|
WHEREAS, Joseph Coudon and Caroline Coudon
|
|
his wife by their deed, dated the twenty-fourth day
|
|
of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight preamble.
|
|
hundred and seventy-five, and duly recorded in Liber
|
|
A. W. M. number four, folio sixty-seven, one of the
|
|
land record books of Cecil county, did sell, grant and
|
|
convey unto the Vestry of St. Mary Anne's or North
|
|
Elk Parish, a certain small lot piece or parcel of land,
|
|
situated near the village of northeast in said county,
|
|
having now upon it a two story frame dwelling, barn
|
