SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That the State hereby

ties in which the same is located, and neither the

property nor stock of said corporation shall be taxa-

AN ACT to refund to the executor or administrator

of Samuel H. Birkhead, deceased, late collector of

the first district of Harford county, a sum of

money erroneously paid into the treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
