SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of

vided, that the notice aforesaid, shall be published

for each county in one notice, to which the names

of the registers of all the districts or a majority of
|
|
|
them shall be appended, and the notice for the City
|
|
|
of Baltimore, shall be published in one notice to be
|

|
signed by the registers for all the wards in the City
|
|
|
of Baltimore, or a majority of them.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That at the times and
|
|
|
places of which notice shall be so given the said re-
|
|
