CHAPTER 248.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections thirty-one, thirty-four

 

and thirty-six of article fifty-six, of the Code of

 

Public General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title

 

"Foreign Corporations and Companies," and to

 

amend and re-enact said sections so as to read as

 

follows :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland. That sections thirty-one, thirty-four and
